Location - Kathmandu
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet admission targets for all academic programs.
- Conduct school/college visits, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partners.
- Provide accurate program information, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Guide students throughout the admission process—initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Ensure a positive and professional counseling experience for all applicants.
- Oversee the complete application cycle: document collection, verification, screening, and eligibility checks.
- Coordinate with the academic department for final approval of student admissions.
- Maintain accurate and updated student records in the CRM / admission system.
- Work with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract prospective students.
- Contribute content ideas for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Track conversion rates from leads, inquiries, and events.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators, front desk, and finance for smooth enrollment and orientation.
- Ensure admissions policies and guidelines are consistently followed.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to planning and reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly admission reports, conversion statistics, and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Handle student/parent concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all admissions follow institutional policies and partner university guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information.
- Support audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Assist in pre-orientation and orientation programs for newly admitted students.
- Coordinate with academic teams for class allocations and induction schedules.
Required Qualification:
- Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong communication, counseling, and coordination skills.
