Job Description: The Information Technology department at ISMT College is seeking a full-time faculty member to join our team. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Information Technology, conduct research in their area of expertise, and provide service to the college and community.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 3-4 undergraduate courses in Information Technology, including but not limited to programming languages, database management, software development, and web development
- Conduct research in their area of expertise and contribute to the academic community through scholarly publications and presentations.
- Participate in departmental and college-wide activities, including advising students, serving on committees, and attending meetings.
- Develop and revise course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Provide academic and career advice to students and support their professional development.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in the relevant field or a closely related field, or a professional degree, and 2-3 years of teaching or research experience.
