Qualification and Experience
- Masters in MHM (international degree preferred) or have completed or pursued MPhil in Management
- 2 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Mangement
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the program head include, but are not limited to the following:
- As an Associate Program Head, you will be responsible for overseeing (BHM programme and all teaching-learning experience of both faculties and students as per University’s expectations).
- You will ensure faculties and students are well briefed about the Programme and they receive all Student Handbooks/ Module Handbook, and other relevant learning and assessment information details.
- Monitor classes regularly (including e-classes) to ensure all students are learning in an active and productive environment.
- Extend support and work closely with the Assignments and Exams Department for effectively planning, managing and documenting students’ all Exam and Assignment works.
- Deal with students, parents and others if needed and update the Principal and Executive Director.
- Prepare academic calendar (semester wise) before the semester starts
- Develop and maintain a network of programme related contacts.
- Support management recruiting new faculty, teachers, as and when necessary.
- Teach at least 3- 4 modules.
- Involvement in academic research.
- Managerial experience is highly sought.
- Networking skill.
