Requirements:
- Must have completed MHM (international degree preferred) or
- Have completed or pursued MPhil in Management or
- Ph.D scholar or have completed PhD in management or similar stream (highly sought)
- Must have at least 2 years relevant industry experience in business administration.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in teaching and learning at the undergraduate level and 2 years teaching and learning experience at the post graduate level.
- Interpersonal/people skills
- Experience of working in an organisation that provides an international degree is preferred.
- Involvement in academic research.
- Managerial experience is highly sought.
- Networking skill.
